Golden Kumquats at Noon. The title is both humorous and an homage. Clearly the title joyfully resonates with Silver Apples of the Moon, one of my all time favorite pieces by the pioneering, genius composer Morton Subotnick!
My little fun offering is merely a brief shadow in the spirit of that work and was created on a handful of replica Buchla 100 eurorack modules made by David Small of Catalyst Audio. I know I'm nowhere near the league of Mort but the journey was enjoyable and enlightening. Enjoy! Todd
